The Chantay's Pipeline, As It Was Originally Aired On The Lawrence Welk Show On May 18, 1963.
The performance is rather poor and the gear is just entry level. The amp and Frankentar are not worth mentioning. Just the Super cool stomp box: Electro-harmonix Holy Grail! You have to forgive my mistakes since I've been practicing only for the past three months... Tx!

This is a music video I put together out of pics from the surf bands, Rich Kirkpatrick & pic I took. It starts out with some historic older surf band pics & progresses to the current bands. Most of these pics were taken in or around Huntington Beach. This video is a work in progress & just a sample.

Pipeline cover originally done by the Chantays I believe. You will hear several guitars at the same time, it is all me, you can probably tell that the recording of me isn't actually making any sound that you hear but it is all my playing.
Cleveland band "The Mersey Beats" perform at a reunion show earlier this year. This is a clip of their version of "Pipeline," originally by the Chantays (also the Ventures).
