Video from June 28, 2006 of the Delaware River along the PA/NJ and PA/NY border of Milford and Matamoras, PA. Shots are from the Milford-Montague Toll Bridge, the Knob, and Interstate 84. The river experienced severe flooding after a few days of broken torrential downpours.
