Kyu Sakamoto sings Soshite Omoide, or "Old Memories" in Tokyo in the early 1980's. But I'm not absolutly sure when it was recorded. Kyu-chan and Hachidai Nakamura wrote this song in 1979 and it is dedicated to deaf people and people who in some way is in need of sign language. As you can see Kyu uses sign language while he is singing.
