These are the opening credits of "Westenwind". A Dutch drama series about two competing family's of shipbuilders in Rotterdam: The Noordermeer family and the De Graaf family. It's one of my favorite drama series and it has one of the best opening credits in my opinion.

Peter Noordermeer from the netherlands was 19 years old, inspired by John Donson ( Miami Vice ) and started to design and build his own powerboat. It took him 9 years to build the boat before it was ready.

This scene is part of a Dutch musical, played by Jeugdmuziektheater De Speelkring, situated at Voorhout, The Netherlands. The performance was in Warmond.
