This is part 1 of a 2 part series featuring the clash of two nationally ranked powerhouse high school basketball teams - DeMatha Catholic Stags from Hyattsville, Maryland vs. the Huntington Highlanders of Huntington, West Virginia. The game was played at a sold-out 9,048 seat Marshall University Cam Henderson Center in Huntington, WV.
I wish that I'd brought a tripod seeing as I was shooting from quite far away and was also being jostled by children. The raindrops in the pool seemed fitting at the time. Anyway, I hadn't seen Cordelia's Dad in perhaps more than 15 years. It was good to see them playing again.
